A global IT services company is seeking an IT Integration Manager for a project focused on HR systems integration. The candidate will manage complex IT integrations and coordinate stakeholders while overseeing project lifecycles. Key skills include expertise in SAP HCM and excellent analytical abilities. This is a work-from-home position located in Italy.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in managing complex IT integrations, preferably in time management or HR systems.
• Strong understanding of bi-directional data flows and middleware technologies, in particular SAP HCM.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Familiarity with ADP systems and time terminal technologies is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and technologies
