Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join KIKO MILANO’s IT Cloud & Datacenter Team, reporting to the Cloud & Data Center Senior Manager.

Such talent will have extensive experience in IT Operations and infrastructure, with a strong focus on designing and implementing multi-cloud and IaaS / SaaS / PaaS architectures.

The candidate will ensure that operating systems, databases, network, and security are managed and updated in accordance with company standards and will also serve as a key interface with external providers, steering implementation requests and ensuring compliance with both project requirements and corporate guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud based and IaaS / SaaS / PaaS architectures, primarily on AWS.
• Understand project requirements and collaborate with IT Application Owners and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external vendors, directing implementation requests and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) on Entra ID, Active Directory, and AWS.
• Ensure consistent management and updating of operating systems, databases, network, and security.

What you will need to succeed

• Degree in Information Technology or similar studies
• From 3 to 4-year experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in AWS and the ability to design and implement architectures
• Proficiency in Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Ability to direct implementation requests to external vendors and monitor outcomes and timelines
• Proficiency in IAM (AWS roles / policies and Azure AD, including application federation)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems
• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues and perform reverse engineering activities
• Understanding of network and security concepts (routing, firewalls, ACL, security groups)
• Understanding of integration methods and integration tools
• Familiarity with major databases (MS-SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of storage and backup solutions
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online
• Knowledge and use of ITIL methodologies in day-to-day management
• Fluent in English – both spoken and written
