Job Description:

We are looking for a collaborative,proactive and innovative person to be responsible for growing the ITinfrastructure by working with cutting edge technologies on innovative andchallenging projects and delivering high quality solutions from design toexecution.

This role involves providingcomprehensive technical support to customers throughout the system lifecycle,ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

It also includes overseeingcustomer-driven innovation and integration initiatives to improve systemperformance and alignment with evolving business requirements.

Requirements:

· Ensure all IT infrastructurecomponents (servers, networks, storage, etc.) are operational, secure, andoptimized for performance.

· Implement and managemonitoring systems to track the health and performance of IT infrastructure.

· Oversee the resolution ofinfrastructure-related incidents and problems, ensuring minimal downtime anddisruption to business operations.

· Forecast futureinfrastructure needs based on business growth and technological advancements.

· Implement and maintainsecurity measures to protect infrastructure from threats and vulnerabilities.

· Oversee the deployment,maintenance, and support of enterprise applications to ensure they meetbusiness requirements and SLAs.

· Implement applicationperformance monitoring tools to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

· Manage the resolution ofapplication-related incidents and problems, coordinating with development teamsand other stakeholders as needed.

· Oversee the applicationchange management process, ensuring changes are thoroughly tested and deployedwith minimal risk to operations.

· Manage relationships withapplication vendors, ensuring they meet performance and support commitments.

· Lead infrastructure and application projects,ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Managethe performance of the project team complying with industry standards,regulatory requirements, and best practices.

PROFESSIONAL BAKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

· B.A. in IT field or B.A. /master’s degree in computer science / engineering.

· At least 3- 5 years ofexperience in the ICT & Hosting roles.

· Knowledge in Virtualization& dockerization technologies and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and ISO 27001.

· Demonstrated leadership andproject management experience.

· Demonstrated problem-solvingand analytical skills, combined with business acumen.

· Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills required for interfacing with all levels of management.

· Ability to create andmaintain strong relationships with clients face to face.

· Fluent knowledge of theEnglish language Deep understanding of the life sciences market andtechnologies will be considered a plus.
