Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager for Italy, based in Milano or Varna, with up to 50% travel within Italy. You will plan, budget and manage IT infrastructure for new hotels, refurbishments and openings, coordinating contractors and ensuring designs meet the project brief.

The role requires deep knowledge of structured cabling, network, Wi‑Fi design and low-voltage systems, plus budgeting and CAD drawing interpretation.

Competenze

• 5+ years in planning or PM of electrical/low-voltage systems or IT infrastructure in construction.
• Practical knowledge of structured cabling, network, Wi-Fi, telephony, TV systems.
• Experience in budgeting CAPEX, tenders, change management.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and translate to site requirements.
• Hospitality industry experience or similar complex building tech.

Mansioni

• Plan and budget IT infrastructure for construction projects (new builds, refurbishments, extensions).
• Define IT infrastructure requirements for hotels/resorts in Italy; manage CAPEX budget from estimate to final account.
• Review electrical/low-voltage designs by external planners; identify gaps/risks before site delivery.
• Coordinate electrical contractors, cabling installers, general contractors, and site management during construction.
• Provide IT infrastructure support for Italian properties; audit and plan refresh projects (network, Wi-Fi, cabling).
• Work independently on multiple parallel projects; report to Director IT Infrastructure & Security; travel within Italy (~50%).
