Position: IT HR Business Analyst
Main Activities
  1. Process Analysis: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to assess and analyze existing processes and volumes to identify improvement opportunities.
  2. Requirements Gathering: Partner with HR teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for successful project delivery.
  3. Solutioning and Build: Recommend and implement solutions to optimize workflows and improve efficiency, supporting system configuration as needed.
  4. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-to-end testing to ensure solution accuracy and reliability.
  5. Change Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation of solution designs, configuration settings, and system processes for smooth future changes.
Requisitos
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with at least 1 year focused on Employee Central (Core HR, Time Management, Organizational Management).
  • Strong understanding of Performance & Goals principles and their integration with other SuccessFactors modules.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with broader HRIS implementations beyond SuccessFactors.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in performance and goal management.
  • Certification in SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms.

  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset to build and maintain trust with stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivering results.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
