• Ensure continuous support to all company employees, focusing on installation, configuration and problem resolution related to Hardware and Software Systems.
• Ensure backup and data protection services, proposing solutions to maintain a good level of performance.
• Support in suppliers management and relation (Data Center, Fixed and Mobile Telephony, Network, etc.).

Conoscenze

Good knowledge of English language
