Job Description

As a consultant at Amaris Consulting, you will become a technical and functional expert in your field and serve as an ambassador for our organization to clients by:
• Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and active listening to build trust and understand client challenges.
• Showing curiosity and eagerness to learn, supporting over 1000 clients across various sectors worldwide.

Your Missions

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for IT solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business processes and technical specifications.
• Create functional documents, use cases, and specifications for development teams.
• Support testing and validation of solutions.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams throughout projects.
• Identify process improvements and suggest enhancements.

Your Profile

• Experience in project management within IT or digital environments.
• Experience in functional analysis and documentation.
• Experience in stakeholder collaboration and requirement gathering.
• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with adaptability to fast-paced environments.
