A leading global FMCG manufacturer is seeking an experienced IT Finance Business Partner to support their digital transformation. This strategic role will connect the Finance function and IT, driving technology initiatives that enhance business value across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have substantial IT experience, particularly in finance systems, and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively. Fluency in English, along with Italian or French language skills, is advantageous.

IT Finance Business Partner

We are working with a leading global FMCG manufacturer that is undergoing a major digital transformation. To support this journey, we're seeking an experienced Interim IT Business Partner with a strong focus on Finance processes and systems within a manufacturing context.

This strategic role will act as the key link between the Finance function and IT, helping define, prioritise, and deliver technology initiatives that drive real business value across multiple international sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal IT interface for Finance stakeholders across sites in Italy and France

• Lead the identification, planning, and delivery of finance-focused IT initiatives

• Translate business needs into actionable digital solutions and oversee execution

• Support ongoing transformation programs involving SAP S/4HANA, Central Finance, Concur, Sidetrade, and other financial platforms

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues affecting finance operations

• Build business cases, define KPIs, and track the value realization of IT investments

• Foster collaboration between local and global teams, driving consistency and best practices

• Regularly engage with on-site stakeholders (especially in Parma) to ensure alignment and adoption

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)

• 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in IT Business Partnering

• Proven ability to support and align IT strategy with Finance operations in manufacturing or FMCG environments

• Solid understanding of ERP systems (particularly SAP) and related finance technologies

• Experience delivering complex digital programs using Waterfall and Agile/DevOps methodologies

• Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills

• Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven

• Fluent in English; Italian or French would be an advantage
