The role involves coordinating SAP migration and supporting Finance and HR processes, requiring relevant experience and a university degree. IT ERP Finance & HR Specialist (f/m/d)

Your Tasks:

• Coordinate with the current legacy platform Matter Experts to migrate to SAP
• Support the business in the Finance and HR processes
• Provide 2nd level support for SAP technical issues
• Identify gaps and document the working procedures
• Preparing training session for the business stakeholders involved in the ERP and HR tools
• Understanding strategic business drivers and gather the requirements for the IT Business Application Road Map execution/planning

Your Profile:

• You have a university degree in computer engineering, business administration or relevant experience in a similar technology-oriented position
• You have previous knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP in the Finance part
• Previous experience in migration projects to SAP would be a big plus
• You have knowledge of International/Cross border Finance topics, preferable with Fashion related experiences
• Knowledge of HR processes and/or previous experience in HR platform implementation is an advantage
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile approach to support and project managing requirements engineering would also be an advantage
• Very good knowledge of English written and spoken. Good knowledge of the German language is an advantage
