Doctolib is looking for an IT Engineer to evolve its information system in France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands. The role involves implementing top-tier solutions and tools for the company's business teams to provide excellent service to all Doctolib users.

The main goal is to support our teams in growing the healthcare professionals using Doctolib daily and serving millions of visitors monthly, ensuring an outstanding user experience.

Reporting to the IT Squad Leader, you will work within the IT Squad and collaborate across all Doctolib business teams, as well as with IT Operations and Security teams. You should lead by example, demonstrating a 'hands-on' approach and sharing information with peers.

About the job:

As an IT engineer, you will work with Doctolibers and internal teams to identify and integrate new IT solutions. You will also manage external providers to ensure the best IT experience for colleagues and internal teams.

We expect modern, secure, and efficient solutions, and your role is to ensure this standard is maintained.

You will participate in projects aligned with a quarterly roadmap, prioritizing based on business value and team capacity.

Post-project, the IT Squad remains responsible for managing these solutions. You will be accountable for a subset of applications within the IT Squad scope, devising efficient and automated operational methods.

Our presence in four countries (DE, FR, IT, NL) means you'll work with diverse teams, cultures, backgrounds, working styles, and legal frameworks. Be prepared to handle complex situations and take responsibility.

Your Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop integrations between applications via APIs, scripts, iPaaS, ETL, etc.
  • Qualify new SaaS solutions for addition or modification within the IT landscape, assessing needs based on performance, cost, security, and design.
  • Collaborate with internal customers to define functional and technical requirements, and produce documentation for support teams.
  • Implement automations for user onboarding/offboarding, license management, and data handling, crucial for scaling operations.
  • Serve as Level 3 escalation point for support requests or IT crises, including weekly on-call shifts.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support teams as part of your daily responsibilities.


Your Profile:

  • Cloud administrator certification (Azure, AWS, etc.).
  • Experience with Azure cloud services (PaaS, IaaS, FaaS).
  • Knowledge of security protocols: IAM/IGA, SSO, SAML, OAuth2, OpenID.
  • Familiarity with HTTP, DNS, LDAP, SFTP, IP, ICMP, TLS, and architectural styles like REST and SOAP.
  • Enjoy being a technical and functional contact for internal customers, with a strong service orientation.
  • Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and tools like Atlassian boards.
  • Curious, autonomous, flexible, rigorous, enthusiastic, passionate, team-oriented, and fun.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with constant change.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
