Your Day to Day

• Ensure the successful end to end implementation of all necessary features which are in the scope of a IT Manufacturing and Engineering program
• Mobilization and coordination of various cross-functional agile teams, from development teams, configuration teams to release teams
• Ensure that all teams involved in technical design, development, testing and release management, are delivering what the internal stakeholders expect until the features are successfully live
• Understand requirements, coordinate and plan, comprehend what is being built and how and all the dependencies between products
• Ensure that all teams will deliver all agreed functional and non-functional requirements, on schedule, cost and quality
• Be relentless in your pursuit of excellence, even when that means challenging the status-quo
• Be the champion of delivering solutions that meet the needs of the business design team and you are loved by your users and customers
• Be acutely aware that transformation requires a ‘roll up the sleeves’ mentally

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s – ideally in an IT related field
• +7 years of professional experience in IT Project Delivery or Product Management
• +5 experience leading global IT delivery teams across dispersed locations
• +5 years of experience in an industrial segment such as engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, transportation, or logistics
• Knowledge of Software Development processes such as Agile, Scrum, etc.
• Experience with IOT/IIOT Platforms such as Azure IOT, AWS, etc. will be a plus
• Professional scrum certification (Product owner, Scale, Agile Leadership) a plus
• Clear written and verbal communications skills; Attention to detail, self-motivated, creative, and flexible; excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Team player with proven ability to lead through influence
• Proven track record in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively
