Information Technology & Digital - About the role

This role requires you to participate in shaping and implementing Reckitt IT&D strategy in the Sales and Data & Analytics area, while working in partnership with the business and with the global IT&D team.

You will be responsible for working closely with Sales to understand key customer challenges and will be accountable for creating innovative IT&D solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with regional business colleagues (Italy, Greece, and Israel, Sales and Data&Analytics areas) to ensure projects and procedures align with relevant business and IT&D priorities.
• Collaborate effectively with Global, Area, and local IT&D teams to ensure projects align with priorities and to optimize project delivery.
• Manage external relationships, including vendor negotiation, selection, and ongoing Vendor Management, to benefit RB.
• Maximize business value from our Front Office systems landscape and actively measure adoption and KPIs to confirm business value realization.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall Global IT&D Strategy.
• Ensure support models are in place to meet system expectations.
• Lead readiness activities for new system deployments.
• Manage demands for new solutions in the short to medium term while maintaining a long-term IT&D Strategy.

The experience we're looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in FMCG sector or consultancy, with expertise in Sales and Data&Analytics
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Interpersonal and leadership skills, with people management experience
• Strategic planning capability and vision
• International mobility for career development
