Position Summary
Within our Workforce 360 team, you will be responsible for the technical vision and strategy of the Content Excellence & Discovery product (including its applications and integration / implementation architecture) while providing the leadership, facilitation, analysis, and design required by a product or integrated chain of products.
You will also facilitate and orchestrate across teams the agile and incremental delivery of targeted business outcomes in a DevOps mode.
A Day in the Life of an IT - Content & Knowledge Management Technology Lead
- Delivers strategic consultancy and leadership, formulating and advocating for innovative technical solutions that align with business objectives for Knowledge / Content Management and search use cases
- Contribute to value delivery plans and product roadmaps to meet the objectives, typically in sync with product / platform managers, solution architects, knowledge experts, business analysts and user experience experts
- Drive innovation while overseeing and facilitating the research, evaluation and selection of our technologies
- Apply DevOps practices and take responsibility for key design and integration decisions for systems, tools, processes and practices
- Liaises closely with suppliers, defining significant functional, technical and process integration decisions
What else will make you successful?
- 8+ IT experience with strong exposure in designing & implementing products that are secure and compliant by design with strong background in technical solution architecture & design is key
- Strong expertise on Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and other closely linked technologies like Azure
- Relevant technical expertise with other Content / Knowledge Management Systems is an advantage
