MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Become an expert in the software systems implemented by the company.
2. Analyze client requirements, design solutions, and compile functional and technical specifications.
3. Perform installations of software and implementations of the specified solutions.
4. Perform quality assurance and provide user training and support.
5. Provide technical support remotely and on-site.
6. Perform system maintenance and upgrades.
7. Offer consulting to help clients use technology to optimize their operations.
8. Participate in presentations to potential clients and in the preparation of proposals.
9. Manage people and projects according to seniority.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Holder of a University degree in a related field.
• 2-4 years of previous experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
• Understanding of enterprise business processes.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Some understanding of databases and database programming.
