JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for an IT Catalog Applications Specialist to manage and evolve our omnichannel product catalog ecosystem, including platforms such as PIM, search engines, and feed management systems. The role will ensure data consistency, completeness, and availability across all digital and physical sales channels. Working closely with both IT and business teams, the specialist will contribute to defining data flows, integrating systems (PIM, DAM, ERP, eCommerce, marketplaces, retail apps), and continuously improving tools and processes supporting the product experience across all touchpoints.
RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
2–3 years of experience with Product Information Management and catalog-related platforms, preferably in the Fashion or Retail industry.
Proven experience in managing the product data lifecycle in omnichannel contexts.
1–2 years of experience in Agile project environments (Scrum or Kanban), with active participation in sprints, refinement, backlog grooming, and testing.
Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello) and ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review, retrospectives).
Understanding of enterprise IT architectures and integration logic (REST APIs, middleware, ETL).
Familiarity with core systems connected to the product catalog: ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), DAM, PLM, CMS, eCommerce, marketplaces.
Ability to work both independently and in dynamic team environments.
