All European Careers BENELUX in Milan is seeking an IT Business Solution Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead data integration, analytics, and reporting projects using Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and Power BI.

The role combines technical delivery with business analysis and project support to translate requirements into robust, scalable solutions. Candidates must be fluent in English and Italian and be willing to work 2 days in the Milan office.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and 5+ years in IT/business solutions management.
Strong hands-on capability in Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Power BI and related tools.
Experience with BI development, data integration, and reporting in complex environments.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
Design, develop and maintain ETL/integration solutions using SQL Server, SSIS and Azure Data Factory.
Maintain Power BI data models and datasets, ensuring usability and governance.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver compliant solutions.
Support project execution, governance, and documentation in line with standards.
