We are seeking a Functional/ Business Analyst - Mid level 4+ years of experience in Agile Environments & Banking Products/ Financial Services - who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers\' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

• Fluent English (C1 or B2 - Upper Intermediate).
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Computer Science for Management or similar degrees.

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Programming languages: Oracle SQL (Intermediate Queries) and MySQL
• Good to have: knowledge in Java and Azure
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services or Insurance
• Knowledge in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) or at least active participation in Agile teams developing software solutions.
• Experience using Rally, JIRA, TFS or any other advanced tool for Agile teams.
