Position Summary

Join the Information Technology Technical & Production team as a Business Analyst. The team delivers and supports IT solutions for Nestlé factories in Italy, ranging from SAP ERP to factory automation systems.

Collaborate with IT and Operations Technology colleagues on Digital Transformation projects in Nestlé factories across Italy.

Support the IT Technical & Production Team in problem solving, root cause analysis, and end-user support for all Nestlé factories in Italy and the Head Office Operations department.

• Participate in ensuring Digital Transformation project deliverables, collaborating with local and international IT (Information Technology) and OT (Operations Technology) colleagues, external engineering partners/suppliers, while respecting project timelines and quality standards.
• Assist Technical & Production users with troubleshooting, collaborating with regional and offshore IS/IT support teams.
• Maintain effective communication with factory and Head Office users to proactively address service needs.
• Deliver SAP configurations and tests timely and report progress to the IS/IT project manager.

• Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
• PLC programming skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Knowledge of SAP MII (Manufacturing Intelligence and Integration)
• Understanding of SAP Production Planning (PP)
• Familiarity with SAP Quality Management (QM)
