Amaris Consulting cerca un Business Analyst IT - Supply Chain & Point of Sale per supportare Dynamics 365 SCM e POS in progetti internazionali. Sarai responsabile di analizzare requisiti, documentazione e di lavorare con stakeholder per migliorare processi supply chain, magazzino, vendita e retail.

Si richiede almeno 5 anni di esperienza, conoscenza di API e integrazioni, inglese fluente e capacità di gestire rollout multi-paese. Modello ibrido, salari tra 30k e 50k EUR all'anno.

Competenze

• Laurea in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, IT o esperienza equivalente.
• Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in Business Analysis o ruoli correlati, con background in Supply Chain e/o Retail.
• Esperienza solida in Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM, idealmente in contesti complessi o internazionali.
• Buona conoscenza dei processi POS e delle operazioni al dettaglio.
• Conoscenza di API, protocolli di integrazione e flussi di dati, con capacità di collaborazione con team tecnici.
• Preferibile esperienza in rollout internazionali e multi-paese.
• Inglese fluente richiesto.

Mansioni

• Analizzare e documentare requisiti di business relativi a D365 SCM e POS.
• Supportare rollout globali su mercati internazionali, analizzando requisiti e processi.
• Lavorare con stakeholder per migliorare processi supply chain, magazzino, vendita e retail.
• Analizzare integrazione tra D365 SCM, POS e sistemi enterprise, inclusi API e flussi dati.
• Tradurre esigenze in requisiti funzionali, user stories e specifiche.
• Supportare il ciclo di vita della soluzione, test funzionali, UAT e integrazione.
• Collaborare con team tecnici per problemi di integrazione e validare soluzioni.
• Contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi D365 SCM e POS.

Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a Business Analyst IT - Supply Chain & Point of Sale in one of our opportunities in the Digital Transformation & Retail industry in Milan, Turin, Rome, Bologna?

Your missions?

• Analyse and document business requirements related to Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (D365 SCM) and Point of Sale (POS) solutions.
• Support large-scale global rollouts across several international markets, analysing country-specific requirements, business processes and operational needs.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and improve processes across supply chain, inventory, warehouse, purchasing, sales and retail operations.
• Analyse and support the integration between D365 Supply Chain, Point of Sale and other enterprise systems, including data flows, interfaces, APIs and integration protocols.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
• Support the solution lifecycle, including functional testing, UAT, integration testing and end-to-end validation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to investigate integration and functional issues and validate proposed solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimisation of D365 SCM and POS processes and solutions.

Your profile?

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, IT or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Consulting or a similar role, with a strong Supply Chain and/or Retail background.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, ideally within complex or international environments.
• Good understanding of Point of Sale (POS) processes and retail operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management, warehouse management, procurement, sales and/or retail processes.
• Knowledge of APIs, integration protocols, interfaces and data flows, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Experience working in large-scale or multi-country rollouts is highly appreciated.
• Fluent English is required, as English is the working language.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce / Point of Sale.
• Experience with D365 Supply Chain and Retail integrations.
• Knowledge of Azure integration services or other enterprise integration platforms.
• Experience working on international D365 rollouts across multiple markets.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

• Gross Annual Salary: EUR 30,000 – EUR 50,000, depending on experience and seniority.
• Freelance option: €220 – €300/day for candidates working through a VAT-registered freelance arrangement.
• Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).
• The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
