The ideal candidate will be focused on the analysis of complex business needs, the design of innovative solutions, and the implementation of successful technology-driven initiatives. In particular, the candidate will:

• Identify and assess business requirements to develop strategic technology solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Business Analysts to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Translate business needs into precise technical specifications, including market protocol mappings, database design, and workflow automation.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to inform decision-making and optimize processes.
• Partner with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to develop and refine test scenarios.
• Work closely with project managers and software developers to design, implement, and refine solutions.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation through continuous collaboration with QA and development teams.
• Prepare and present detailed technical reports to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry advancements to enhance business solutions.

Competenze ed esperienza

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with expertise in driving project implementations via Agile methodologies.
• Prior experience in software implementation within a bank, brokerage firm, or financial software provider is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret interface protocols, including FIX and API-based integrations.
• In-depth knowledge of business processes and practices within the financial services sector.
• Proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and workflow design.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in both English and Italian (written and verbal) is essential.
