The Position
In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
Design and implement automation solutions for IT and OT systems to enhance operational efficiency and minimize manual processes.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for shop floor systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to execute IT/OT initiatives, meeting project scope, timelines, and milestones.
Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams, enforcing alignment on project objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.
Identify and mitigate operational continuity risks associated with IT/OT systems, ensuring seamless performance.
Qualifications
To be successful for this position, you have a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT/OT/Automation, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting and cross-functional environment.
In addition, you have:
Proficient knowledge of GxP regulations, Data Integrity, and IT automation management tools (e.g., Aveva PI, Tracelink)
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills,
Fluency in both spoken and written Italian and English
Ability to work collaboratively within teams and manage stakeholder engagement while fostering a constructive team environment
About the Department
The IT Anagni department is responsible for supporting IT systems and IT network and infrastructure. Located at our Anagni Site, the department focuses on both business end user PCs and Manufacturing systems assuring that these operate as per their design, s , ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contributing to process improvement initiatives. Join us and be part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellence in manufacturing operations.You will join a team of 10 fantastic professional in various roles reporting directly into the IT site manager.The team has SMEs for Network, IT infrastructure, IT/ OT systems, Automation systems,ERP, Quality systems, Logistic, Compliance and Data Integrity.
