BTO spa è alla ricerca di un Assistente per la Gestione degli Asset IT per supportare il team nella gestione amministrativa degli asset. La figura avrà il compito di mantenere registri, coordinare attività e garantire la conformità con le politiche interne. Si richiede un Master in Business Administration o Economia e un forte interesse per il settore IT in un ambiente innovativo e dinamico.

Competenze

  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella gestione degli asset è un vantaggio.
  • Conoscenza della gestione dei contratti e dei rischi è desiderabile.
  • Certificazione IAITAM (CHAMP, CSAM, CITAM) è un plus.

  • Mantenere registri accurati per gli asset IT, inclusi hardware e software.
  • Fornire supporto amministrativo al team ITAM.

  • IT Asset Management Assistant

Your role

The Assistant to the Group IT Asset Administrative Manager supports the IT Asset Management (ITAM) team by handling various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the department. This role involves maintaining records, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and assisting in the coordination of IT asset management activities. The Assistant works closely with the ITAM team to ensure compliance with internal policies and assist in managing IT assets across their lifecycle.

Maintain accurate records for IT assets, including both hardware and software.

Provide administrative support to the ITAM team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.

Ensure adherence to ITAM policies and procedures.

Assist in organizing IT asset audits and inventory checks.

Support the ITAM team with project-related administrative tasks and initiatives.

Facilitate communication and coordination between departments regarding IT asset management.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of ITAM processes, policies, and systems.

Assist in monitoring ITAM performance metrics and KPIs.

Help manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.

Support the management of IT contracts, licenses, and service agreements.

Aid in the organization of ITAM training and awareness programs.

Implement quality control measures throughout the lifecycle of IT assets.

Assist in the governance of ITAM tools for monitoring and reporting on IT assets and inventory.

Perform audits and verifications of IT asset records to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Generate and distribute reports on asset compliance and status.

Assist in managing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring its accuracy.

  • Requirements

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

At least 3 years of experience in Asset Management is a plus.

Strong interest in IT Software and Hardware is a significant advantage.

Knowledge of IT Asset Management, Contract and Risk Management, and basic IT Service Management is desirable.

Familiarity with ServiceNow ITAM (Software and Hardware Asset Management), IT Assessment / Discovery tools, and CMDB is a plus.

IAITAM Certification (CHAMP, CSAM, CITAM) is a plus.

Proficiency in Office365 (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Planner, Forms, Visio).

Fluent in English and Italian.
