Stevanato Group is seeking an IT Asset Specialist in Piombino Dese (PD) to ensure effective asset management and cost tracking. You will monitor IT budgets, manage licenses and services, and oversee the asset lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning.

The role offers collaboration with IT teams and external partners, with a focus on accurate financial reporting and continual process improvement. A strong IT/finance background and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in IT, IT asset management, IT financial management, controlling, or a related field.
• Strong interest in IT and in financial and business management topics.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the IT budget and perform variance analysis, identifying key deviations and supporting corrective actions.
• Manage the collection, consolidation, and monitoring of IT costs, including software licenses, vendors, and technology services.
• Manage the IT asset lifecycle, from procurement and allocation to maintenance and decommissioning.
• Support and review - with other IT teams - IT invoices for accuracy and compliance with agreed terms, supporting the approval and payment process.
• Prepare and maintain reporting on IT costs, assets, investments, and related financial metrics.
• Support the IT function in tracking investments and expenditures, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers on IT assets, costs, and billing-related activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of IT financial and asset management processes.
