The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in IT operations and have a strong focus on collaboration, adaptability, and leadership. This role is vital for driving technical excellence and supporting the mission-critical systems that clients depend on every day.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years IT operations and engineering experience.
• 2 years Cloud technologies experience.
• Expert in Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) with Cloud concentration.

• Your Role and Responsibilities

You will become an escalation point for any client problem or issue. You will be responsible to interface directly with clients and help steer them towards solutions and designs consistent with the organization offerings to newer Cloud technologies and designs. Additionally, your expertise is needed to develop a HCI strategy for A&IS use-cases that can be replicated across different client environments.

• Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Advise clients on technical solutions to best meet their technical and commercial needs

• Build IBM technical capacity by demonstration and mentorship of others as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• In-depth knowledge of Enterprise and / or Service provider needs
• Provide SME content for client RFP’s
• Experience collaborating effectively across remote teams and time zones, and collaborating with Senior Technical Leaders
• Team with local IBM market teams, building credibility by example
• Ability to work cross culturally

Required Professional Expertise

• Minimum of 5 years IT operations and engineering experience
• 2 years Cloud technologies experience
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing technology requirements
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
• Able to navigate fast paced and rapidly evolving environments
• Leadership and Agile methodologies including also Continuous Integration Principles

Required Technical Experience

• Experienced and certification on Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) with Cloud concentration that’s include following certifications
• Knowledge on Multiplatform Cloud on AWS, Azure, Google, IBM (at least 1 of them)
• Experienced and certification on WAS, DB2, Oracle, MQ Series, SAP HANA, Elastic.
• Scripting
