Allianz Italy è alla ricerca di un Architetto di Sicurezza IT che guiderà l'architettura di sicurezza e garantirà la conformità con le normative. Il candidato ideale ha un Master in informatica, esperienza in design e solide competenze analitiche. Lavorerà in un ambiente diversificato e inclusivo, contribuendo a forme innovative di gestione della sicurezza nel settore assicurativo.

Competenze

• 3-5 anni di esperienza in design IT, architettura e implementazione.
• Conoscenza dei processi assicurativi è un plus.
• Fluente in italiano e inglese, scritto e parlato.

Mansioni

• Documentare e mantenere la visione architettonica del landscape IT locale.
• Presiedere le attività di architettura di sicurezza e sviluppo di politiche aziendali.

Descrizione del lavoro

Document and maintain the architectural view of the local IT landscape, define guiding principles, and develop a roadmap for its evolution. Determine impacts resulting from changes, dismissions, or inclusion of components in the landscape.

Preside over security architecture activities, ensuring compliance with Group Security regulations and the development of company security policies, considering applicable laws, stakeholders, and market standards.

KEY REQUIREMENTS :

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in IT solution design, engineering, or implementation
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, logical and physical architecture, and system integration
• Experience in technology solutions, architecture, consulting, or security domains
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and Azure), their implications on solution design and integration, and DevOps practices
• Understanding of IT security concepts and access management tools
• Analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical solutions and their business benefits, including effective presentation abilities
• Knowledge of insurance processes and distribution models is a plus
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
