Role:

The selected candidate will be responsible for redefining HR processes, system configuration, data collection and validation, developing reports, and providing training and support to internal users within the Group.

Activities/Responsibilities:

  • Gathering business requirements and managing project documentation;
  • Implementing IT solutions supporting HR processes, mainly on Oracle HCM Cloud and Zucchetti Infinity;
  • Supporting system configurations, approval of deliverables, and testing phases;
  • Ensuring compliance of solutions with business needs;
  • Preparing training materials, conducting training sessions, and supporting users;
  • Assisting in KPI definition and HR reporting models, as well as monitoring results in terms of costs and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics (preferably a recent graduate);
  • English proficiency (at least B2 level);
  • Proficiency in Office Suite;
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM is a plus.

  • Organizational skills and methodical approach.

The internship lasts 6 months and will be based at the headquarters in Cesena. Expenses and canteen vouchers will be provided.
