Un'importante azienda nel settore ingegneristico cerca un tirocinante per supportare il team HR nella ridefinizione dei processi e nell'implementazione di soluzioni IT. Il candidato ideale è un laureato recente in discipline ingegneristiche o economiche, con buone capacità interpersonali e una mentalità orientata ai risultati. Il tirocinio di 6 mesi si svolgerà presso la sede di Cesena, con rimborso spese e buoni mensa.

Role:

The selected candidate will be part of the project team responsible for redefining HR processes, system configuration, data collection and validation, report development, and providing training and support to internal users within the Group.

Activities / Responsibilities:

• Participate in gathering business requirements and managing project documentation.
• Assist in implementing IT solutions supporting HR processes, primarily using Oracle HCM, Cloud, and Zucchetti Infinity.
• Support system configuration, approve deliverables, and assist during testing phases.
• Verify that solutions meet business requirements.
• Help prepare training materials, conduct training sessions, and support users.
• Contribute to KPI definition and HR reporting model development, as well as monitor results related to costs and benefits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics (preferably a recent graduate).
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Proficiency in Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM is a plus.

The internship lasts 6 months and will be based at the headquarters in Cesena. Expenses and canteen vouchers will be provided.
