A leading industrial company in Modena is seeking an IT Support Coordinator to manage technical support and user administration in JDE. The role requires good Italian and basic English skills, along with experience in a similar position. Responsibilities include troubleshooting incoming support calls and coordinating with the global IT team for ERP updates. Ideal candidates will have a high school education and basic knowledge of network protocols.

Competenze

• 6 months of experience in a similar position required.

Under broad supervision, this role coordinates, diagnoses, and troubleshoots incoming employee calls, providing support services for technical problems and IT issues. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and provide timely resolution of moderately complex problems or escalation to appropriate technical personnel.

Main Duties

• Infrastructure: installation and configuration of hardware and software, maintenance of equipment, and handling of company IT equipment records.
• Provide first-level support for users in JDE, including user account and rights administration, mass data modifications, and running SQL scripts on the Oracle DB.
• Support ERP updates and cloud migration.
• Work closely with the global IT team to ensure adherence to set standards and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Setting up new users and granting access rights, controlling access to internal devices, and managing HW and SW security of devices.
• Provide first-level support for JDE, including setting up users and granting access rights.

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience

• Good Italian and basic English language skills, high school education, and a minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar position.
• Basic knowledge of Windows server environment, Active Directory domain structures, and network protocols.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows desktop environments and MS Office products.
• Basic knowledge of processes in JDE, user accounts and rights administration, and development in JDE.
