Issue Management and Analysis

We are looking for an Issue Management and Analysis Engineer to support our customer’s dealer network for problem investigation and resolution.

Expected activities and deliverables:

• Problem solving
• Dealer report analysis
• Protocols, videos, and pictures analysis
• Vehicle updates

General requirements:

• Min 2 years’ experience in the automotive field (OEM, Tier 1)
• Knowledge about vehicle diagnostic and remote diagnostic
• Independent in diagnostic report analysis
• Knowledge about automotive networking protocols (LIN, CAN, Flexray, and optical network)
• Knowledge and proven interest in automotive electrics and electronic problem resolution
• Knowledge about vehicle software updates, coding, and parametrization
• English language is MANDATORY
• Italian is MANDATORY
• European Driving licence is MANDATORY
• Availability for business travel within Italy when required
• Advanced knowledge in diagnostic tools
• General knowledge of 2D drawings and logical schematics
• Knowledge of Vector tool
• Knowledge of issues management
• General knowledge of vehicle architecture
