Job Description:

This position involves working in the field of Quality and Environmental Management in construction sites across various regions including Verona, Mantova, Sardinia, Alto Lazio, Marche, and Abruzzo. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in construction and plant sectors, particularly in railway projects, focusing on quality and environmental oversight.

The role is within the Management Systems Unit at NIER Ingegneria Spa Società Benefit, offering a full-time contract. We seek professionals (diplomats or graduates) committed to gender equality, as NIER is certified on this aspect, complying with current legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare operational PCQ documents for each WBS to be sent to the Site Management;
2. Verify correct execution of work and complete operational PCQ documentation;
3. Report non-conformances to the site management;
4. Archive PCQ documents and manage non-conformances;
5. Verify documentation such as Declaration of Conformity, testing and commissioning reports related to supplied materials;
6. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations on site;
7. Coordinate material sampling for controls and manage non-conformities;
8. Define corrective actions with site management to address inefficiencies;
9. Collect certification documentation during inspections and compile Quality Dossiers.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience managing quality activities on construction sites, with autonomy in dealing with contractors and key stakeholders.

Preferred Qualities:

• Owns a vehicle;
• Holds a technical degree;
• Certification as Lead Auditor ISO 9001 (40 hours);
• Certification as Lead Auditor ISO 14001 (40 hours);
• Good knowledge of waste regulations;
• Familiarity with railway standards;
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
