AXA Partners Italy is looking for a candidate to join the Motor Network Area North-East Inspection team.

Work location: Milan, with frequent travel within the North-East area, requiring residence or domicile in the specified zone.

Type of contract: Permanent

The role involves supporting the Motor Network sector in the North-East Italy area, making necessary travels to meet sector and client needs.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with suppliers and external entities (private and public), verifying supplier performance, and proposing actions to align with network objectives. They will participate in or lead network development projects, focusing on performance and new products/services. Key stakeholders include suppliers and the Operations Center.

Main activities include:

  • Developing highway coverage
  • Monitoring and maintaining relationships with suppliers across the assigned regions, including national travels
  • Managing relationships with external entities (private and public)
  • Initiating negotiations on costs and quality with suppliers
  • Participating in projects for BU Motor, serving internal and external clients
  • Attending events nationally and occasionally internationally
  • Supporting the development of new networks and services
  • Managing back-office activities for the supplier network, including updating network data, collecting forms, and system entries
  • Verifying administrative data and documentation for claims and supplier registration
  • Providing support and assistance to clients, partners, and suppliers as needed
  • Updating quality procedures
