Une entreprise dynamique est à la recherche d'un Ispettore di Cantiere à Trento. Le candidat sera responsable de garantir la conformité des règlements de sécurité sur les chantiers, de surveiller les activités, et de promouvoir une culture de prévention parmi le personnel. Ce poste offre un contrat de collaboration de 12 mois renouvelable avec un salaire de 35 000 à 40 000 € par an.

Competenze

• Expérience de 3-4 ans comme Inspecteur de Site ou technicien de sécurité requise.
• Connaissance des normes de sécurité (D.Lgs. 81 / 08).
• Capacité à inspecter équipements et zones de travail.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Ispettore di Cantiere with a strong focus on safety, to join our team for projects in Trento. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on construction sites, monitoring activities, and promoting a culture of prevention.

Position Responsibilities :

• Supervising and controlling daily site activities to ensure full compliance with D.Lgs. 81 / 08 and company safety procedures.
• Verifying the adequacy and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all personnel.
• Inspecting equipment, machinery, and work areas to identify potential hazards and non-compliance.
• Ensuring adherence to the Safety and Coordination Plan (PSC) and the Safety Operational Plan (POS).
• Detecting and documenting safety risks, incidents, near misses, and non-conformities.
• Collaborating with the Prevention and Protection Service Manager (RSPP) and the Safety Coordinator during execution (CSE) to implement corrective actions.
• Promoting safety awareness and training among site personnel.
• Managing safety documentation on site.
• Preparing daily / weekly reports on inspections, issues found, and actions taken.
• Maintaining effective communication with the Site Manager, Site Supervisors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements :

• Diploma as a Surveyor or a Degree in Engineering / Architecture.
• Certification as Safety Coordinator during Design (CSP) and / or Safety Coordinator during Execution (CSE) according to D.Lgs. 81 / 08.
• At least 3-4 years of proven experience as a Site Inspector or safety technician, preferably in construction or plant engineering contexts.

Additional Information :

• 12-month renewable collaboration via VAT number (€35,000 - €40,000 per year).
