Experteer Italy seeks an IS Service Owner - Data & Analytics, Power Platform & AI to lead the roadmap for Data & Analytics, AI, and Power Platform within the ELDS division. The role focuses on delivering business value through governance, architecture alignment, and secure data products.

The senior professional will partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to enable data-driven decisions, scalable automation, and responsible AI adoption across a modern data landscape.

Competenze

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in IT, engineering, data science, business, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in Data & Analytics, AI, BI, or digital transformation with proven value delivery.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable, governed, enterprise-aligned solutions.

• Own and lead the Data & Analytics, AI, and Power Platform roadmap for the ELDS division.
• Partner with stakeholders, architects, and platform teams to identify opportunities and priorities.

Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this strategic role, you will lead the Data & Analytics, AI, and Power Platform roadmap for the ELDS division, ensuring business value and alignment with architecture, security, and governance. You will partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to enable data-driven decisions and intelligent automation, while shaping scalable, secure data products. The position starts as individual contributor and may evolve into leadership as capability grows. You will influence global stakeholders and drive responsible AI adoption in a modern data landscape.

• Own and develop the ELDS strategy and roadmap for Data & Analytics, AI, and Power Platform.
• Partner with stakeholders, architects, and platform teams to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Shape and manage a portfolio of initiatives delivering measurable business value.
• Drive adoption of data products, analytics, automation, and AI capabilities.
• Provide governance for solutions on Power BI, Power Platform, Snowflake, and Azure Data Services.
• Promote scalable, secure, and reusable solutions while reducing shadow IT.
• Build relationships across a global stakeholder network and influence strategic decisions.
• Lead the growth of the capability including development of a high-performing team.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Data & Analytics, AI, BI, digital transformation, platform ownership, or related field with proven value delivery.
• Proven experience translating business needs into scalable, governed, enterprise-aligned solutions.
• Strong understanding of analytics, modern data platforms, AI/GenAI, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, Databricks, Power BI, and Power Platform (desirable).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and prioritization skills.
• Experience in a global, matrix organization.
• Demonstrated leadership capability to build and manage a team.
