This position will support Licensing and Colabs business for contracts and legal advice globally, focusing in particular on drafting/reviewing and negotiating licensing, co-branding and product partnership contracts. The candidate will mainly (i) partner with the business development team in the negotiation of new collaborations and (ii) assist the marketing team in day-by-day activities, including contract management, providing support to business divisions in the interpretation, performance and enforcement of existing contracts.
Competence in intellectual property law and expertise in IP contracts and practices in the fashion industry is a mandatory requirement. Expertise on products law and basic knowledge on distribution and competition matters are important requirements.
