We are looking for an IoT & Telemetry Machines Data Senior Specialist to join ECS, a multi-country, multi-brand & omnichannel coffee company, part of Lavazza Group. In this role, you will transform complex IoT data from our smart vending machines into actionable insights to support strategic decisions. Operating at the intersection of R&D, IoT systems, and business intelligence, you will handle data integration, visualization, and reporting to enhance machine performance, customer understanding, and operational efficiency. You will contribute to modernizing vending operations and improving customer experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

1. Data Collection and Integration: Oversee data collection and integration from IoT-enabled vending machines (e.g., SQL databases, cloud services).
2. Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze data to identify trends, create dashboards, and produce reports.
3. System Management: Manage IoT device configurations and updates to ensure reliable data processing.
4. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and implement solutions, collaborating with hardware and software teams.
5. Technical Specifications: Translate business needs into IoT solutions with IT teams, including device connection and telemetry data management.
6. Data & Technical Expertise: IoT integration, SQL / cloud platforms, device setup, telemetry systems.
7. Analytical Thinking: Data analysis, dashboard creation, and insights delivery.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge business and technical teams.
9. Power BI & Analytics: Power BI, DAX, dataflows, turning business needs into insights.
10. Data Modeling & Governance: Data integration and governance using SQL, Excel, Azure.
11. UX & Dashboard Design: Build user-friendly, performance-optimized dashboards with strong visuals.
12. Team Collaboration: Collaborate across hardware, software, and business teams for IoT solutions.
