Job summary

CityZ, a passionate startup in mobility and Smart Cities, seeks an Electronics Engineer to join the team in Piemonte. You will contribute to developing next-generation technology, focusing on firmware, MCU design, and IoT connectivity.

You will collaborate across disciplines, work with LoRaWAN/NB-IoT networks, and help prototype waterproof casings while sourcing quality components. Join us to shape sustainable urban mobility through cutting-edge hardware.

Qualifications

Solid experience in firmware development for microcontrollers.
Strong understanding of embedded systems.
Familiarity with LoRaWAN or NB-IoT is preferred.
Experience in API integration for IoT devices.
Proactive, detail-oriented team player with startup enthusiasm.
Passion for sustainable mobility and Smart Cities.

Responsibilities

Write and optimize firmware for IoT devices.
Design and work with microcontrollers to ensure high performance and energy efficiency.
Support integration of IoT networks (LoRaWAN, NB-IoT).
Assist with waterproof casings design and prototyping for electronic components.
Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality components.
Explore and integrate new technologies to enhance product capabilities.
