We are looking for a candidate to join a training program, where they will have the opportunity to support the team in internship and gain insights into the roles of Investor Relations, Capital Markets, and M&A Trainee.

Main responsibilities:

• Support in the preparation of investor presentations;
• Support in drafting press releases for quarterly and annual results, as well as other periodic communication activities;
• Analysis and collection of research reports produced by analysts;
• Support in the management of consensus and other structured data collections;
• Support in the management and updating of the corporate website, Borsa Italiana, and Consob platforms;
• Periodic monitoring of quarterly financial reporting of peers.

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics or relevant degrees;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, proactiveness, team-oriented approach, and goal-oriented mindset;
• Excellent command of the English language;
• Ability to work independently with MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
• Proactivity, precision, punctuality, and adherence to internal procedures;
• Strong team-working skills.
