About the role
We are looking for a candidate to join our client-facing department (Advisory team), responsible for all one-to-one interactions with our retail clients. The investment consultant, through remote contact channels (telephone, video call, chat, email), will contribute to building strong customer relationships and will aim to accompany customers throughout their investment journey in Moneyfarm. The consultant, who will be assigned qualitative and quantitative objectives, will be supported by a more experienced Investment Consultant initially to optimize customer experience and results.
