Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate development with practical financial analysis and modeling.
• Strong hands-on Excel and financial modeling skills including merger models, pro forma statements, and valuation techniques.
• Ability to build, review, troubleshoot, and extend complex financial models with numerical accuracy and consistency.
• Analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to translate workflows into clear tasks and criteria.
• Excellent written English for task briefs, instructions, and evaluation rubrics.
• Interest in AI research and willingness to learn evaluation methodologies and model testing.
• Independent, self-directed work style with ability to meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Commitment to data confidentiality and using sanitized data with clearly identified sources.
• Prompt availability for onboarding and ability to submit original task proposals with input workbooks.

Responsibilities

• Develop realistic Excel-based financial modeling tasks from professional experience in banking or corporate development.
• Create a clear reference solution for each assignment to benchmark AI outputs.
• Design precise, objective grading rubrics to evaluate task completion.
• Test assignments against leading AI models and analyze performance on realistic scenarios.
• Refine evaluation frameworks to identify errors and gaps in AI outputs.
• Prepare task briefs and input workbooks with original data and clearly identified sources.
• Ensure all material respects confidentiality and data integrity standards.
• Participate in onboarding and complete the initial task proposal process.
