The Green Recruitment Company is seeking an Investment Analyst in Milan to source, evaluate, and execute logistics real estate opportunities across Italy. You will perform in-depth financial analysis, underwriting, and market research while coordinating with internal teams and external advisers.

This role offers exposure to off-market sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring within a growing European platform, with a hybrid working arrangement and a comprehensive benefits package.

As an Investment Analyst in Milan, you will source, evaluate, and execute logistics real estate opportunities across Italy, supporting acquisitions and developments. You will perform in-depth financial analysis and market research, while coordinating with internal teams and external advisers. You’ll contribute to investment materials and help steer portfolio monitoring and asset strategy in a growing European platform.
