The Green Recruitment Company is seeking an Investment Analyst to source, evaluate, and execute logistics real estate opportunities across Italy, with a focus on Milan and a strong Italian market emphasis. The role supports acquisitions, developments, and portfolio strategy within a growing European platform.

You will perform in-depth financial analysis, market research, and due diligence while collaborating with internal teams and external advisers.

• Proven track record in logistics/industrial real estate investment within Italy.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Strong relationship management and business development capabilities.
• Fluent Italian (native or bilingual) and professional English.
• Extensive real estate investment experience in Italy (7+ years).
