You will make the difference helping Stoic Money clients become confident and independent investors.

You will be able to establish a relationship of trust with each of our students and become their personal guide throughout our 1 : 1 coaching program.

What does Stoic Money do?

Stoic Money teaches employees and entrepreneurs how to manage their personal finances and invest independently.

We have a deep passion for finance and a strong desire to help people become more mindful of their investments and achieve financial peace of mind in a realistic and conscious way.

Stoic Money was founded in 2021, and since then, we have operated in over 25 countries with training programs characterized by strong 1 : 1 support.

What responsibilities will you have?

• Be the teacher of new students who join Stoic Money's coaching program
• Manage communications with clients via Zoom
• Provide assistance and support to client inquiries

• A competitive performance-based salary : this is a meritocratic role, where the more you commit, the more you get. After the initial training period, our Investing Coaches have an average salary of €4,000 / month gross (about €2,800 / month net).

What ESSENTIAL characteristics are we looking for?

• Extreme empathy towards others and the ability to always put the customer at the center
• Humility , zero ego, and openness to feedback at any time

• A spontaneous smile and lots of positivity
• You love the stock market and finance world
• Excellent English level (C1-C2) . We operate internationally, and knowledge of the English language is essential

What OPTIONAL characteristics are we looking for?

• Excellent Italian level (C1-C2) . We are expanding in Italy and need bi-lingual team members
• Experience as a teacher of any kind . Whether you helped high school students or worked as a professional teacher, you'll be already one step ahead for your role as Coach
• Proximity to the workplace (San Donà di Piave, 30027, VE, Italy)

What's the Risk-Free trial period?

It's a way for you and the company to test your fit with the position with no risks. After you pass the selection process, you won't be required to quit your job immediately.

Instead, in the first month you will go through our role-specific training and we will be able to understand from both sides if there is a good fit.

At the end of the first month, we can agree whether to start working part time or full time.

On average, candidates join Stoic Money full time after 2 months from the start of the onboarding process.

This is why we place less emphasis on your previous experience and more focus on your values as a person.

Vittorio Rigato is an International Investing Coach, Stock Market Investor and Content Creator. He has built a 7-figure portfolio for a decade, while working in the fintech industry in Frankfurt, Germany.
