Ferrari in Maranello is seeking an Inverter HW Design Specialist to join our Research & Development team. You will contribute to inverter hardware development, simulation and testing from requirements gathering to component validation, working with multidisciplinary engineers.
The role is on-site, 40 hours per week, permanent contract. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Engineering, has inverter design and simulation knowledge, and is proficient with Altium, LTspice, PLECS and
Qualificações
- Master's degree in Engineering required.
- Inverter simulation and design knowledge is essential.
- Ability to develop electrical schematics and PCB layouts.
- Proficient in laboratory instrumentation and reading datasheets.
- Fluent English; Italian is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Identify and gather technical requirements for inverter hardware development.
- Design electronic circuits, including schematics and PCB layouts.
- Perform functional and circuit-level simulations.
- Define and implement test setups and test plans.
- Carry out component-level tests in-house.
- Support testing at external laboratories for vehicle and component levels.
