Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in Origgio, Italy, is looking for a Planning & Replenishment Manager to define inventory and replenishment strategies and lead the Planning & Replenishment team. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, and Procurement to ensure strong demand planning and supply chain performance.

You will drive S&OP processes, monitor forecasting accuracy and key metrics, and coach the team toward continuous improvement and high service levels.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years in supply chain, inventory, demand forecasting, replenishment, or planning with leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP/planning tools and Excel.
• Fluent Italian and English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute inventory and replenishment strategies to support growth and efficiency.
• Lead Planning & Replenishment team and collaborate with Sales, Operations and Procurement.
• Drive S&OP processes to align demand, supply and operations capabilities.
• Monitor forecasting accuracy, inventory KPIs and propose improvements.
• Coach a high-performing team fostering continuous improvement.
