Dematic is seeking a Solution Development Engineer to join its Customer Service team on a permanent contract at its premises in Cernusco Sul Naviglio (Milan). You will develop technical solutions for modernization and lifecycle projects, translating customer needs into practical, cost-efficient concepts and proposals.
You will collaborate with sales, project management and engineering teams across regions to ensure project success, while advancing service offerings and maintaining high standards
Competenze
- University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Automation Engineering.
- Experience in solution development, project engineering or similar roles.
- Understanding of automated systems and control concepts.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English; ability to work internationally.

- Develop technical solutions for modernization and lifecycle projects.
- Analyze requirements and define concepts with stakeholders.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals with scope and budget.
