Dematic is seeking a graduate or experienced mechanical engineer to drive design and engineering for EMEA conveyor projects. You will develop layouts, assess safety, and coordinate with steel, building, and other trades to integrate system designs.

The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, detail-oriented engineering, and active client collaboration across sites, with travel as needed to support installations and FAT.

Competenze

• Graduate engineer; Master's or Bachelor's in mechanical engineering.
• 3-5 years of professional experience; open to graduates.
• Experience in project engineering, ideally intralogistics or similar.
• Strong mechanical design experience in materials handling or similar.
• Fluent written and spoken English; travel willingness.

Mansioni

• Create detailed layouts and topology for conveyor projects.
• Define conveyor technology specs: drives, speeds, belts, guides, supports.
• Plan maintenance platforms, safety devices, and access routes.
• Prepare BOMs for Dematic conveyor technology.
• Support installation and supplier FAT with engineering input.
