Are you looking for an internship in Human Resources within a multinational company?

We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our HR team in Concagno (CO).

As an intern, you will immerse yourself in an international environment and develop your skills in a team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.

Purpose of the Role:

Assist the HR Department in executing the employee lifecycle plan, focusing on communication and employee engagement activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement internal communication plans to promote corporate culture and enhance employee engagement;
• Support recruitment by coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews;
• Assist in designing training courses and tracking training activities;
• Support administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding processes;
• Participate in HR projects aimed at process improvement.

Requirements:

• Currently studying Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Creativity and a proactive approach;
• Strong knowledge of digital communication tools and social media;
• Good command of the English language.

We offer a paid internship lasting 6 months.

The position is open to candidates belonging to protected categories under Law 68/99.
