Are you looking for an internship in Human Resources in a multinational company?

We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our HR team in Conzano (CO).

As an intern, you will immerse yourself in an international environment and develop your skills in a team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.

Purpose of the Role

Support the HR Department in executing the company's employee cycle plan, focusing on communication and employee engagement activities.

What you will do:
  • Develop and implement an internal communication plan to promote corporate culture and improve employee engagement;
  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews;
  • Assist in designing training courses and tracking the training provided;
  • Support administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding processes;
  • Contribute to small HR projects focused on process improvement.
What you will need:
  • Currently pursuing studies in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills;
  • A creative approach;
  • Excellent knowledge of digital communication tools and social media;
  • Good knowledge of the English language.

We offer a paid internship lasting 6 months.

The search is open to individuals belonging to protected categories under Law 68/99.
