Are you looking for an internship in Human Resources in a multinational company?

We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our HR team in Concagno (CO).

tesa is a pioneering multinational company leading in technology, automation, and innovation, with a diverse portfolio of over 7,000 adhesive tapes and self-adhesive solutions.

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work in an international environment and develop your skills within a team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.

Purpose of the Role:

Support the HR Department in executing the employee cycle plan, focusing on communication and employee engagement activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing internal communication plans to promote corporate culture and enhance employee engagement;
  • Supporting recruitment by coordinating candidate communication and interview scheduling;
  • Assisting in designing training courses and tracking their delivery;
  • Providing administrative support related to onboarding and offboarding processes;
  • Contributing to small HR projects aimed at process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Currently studying Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • A creative approach to problem-solving;
  • Proficiency with digital communication tools and social media;
  • Good command of the English language.

We offer a paid internship lasting 6 months.

The position is open to individuals belonging to protected categories under Law 68/99.
