Are you looking for an internship in Human Resources in a multinational company?

We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our HR team in Concagno (CO).

tesa is a pioneering multinational company leading in technology, automation, and innovation, with a diverse portfolio of over 7,000 adhesive tapes and self-adhesive solutions.

As an intern, you will immerse yourself in an international environment, developing skills in a team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.

Purpose of the Role:

Support the HR Department in executing the employee cycle plan, focusing on communication and employee engagement activities.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement an internal communication plan to promote corporate culture and improve employee engagement;
  • Support recruitment by coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews;
  • Assist in designing training courses and tracking their progress;
  • Support administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding processes;
  • Contribute to small HR projects aimed at process improvement.

What you will need:

  • Currently studying Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills;
  • A creative approach;
  • Strong knowledge of digital communication tools and social media;
  • Proficiency in English.

We offer a paid internship lasting 6 months.

The opportunity is open to individuals belonging to protected categories under Law 68/99.
